NEW YORK, Aug. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Healthcare Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: NHP) announced today that it will redeem all of the outstanding (i) 3,289,061 shares of its 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (CUSIP: 42226B204) (the “Series A Preferred Stock”) and (ii) 2,850,427 shares of its 7.125% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (CUSIP: 42226B303) (the “Series B Preferred Stock” and, together with the Series A Preferred Stock, the “Outstanding Preferred Stock”), at redemption prices equal to $25.00 per share of Outstanding Preferred Stock, plus any accrued and unpaid dividends thereon to, but not including, September 4, 2026 for the Series A Preferred Stock and October 6, 2026 for the Series B Preferred Stock (each, a “Redemption Date”). The Series A Preferred Stock and the Series B Preferred Stock currently trade under ticker symbols “NHPAP” and “NHPBP”, respectively.
