HIGHLIGHTS Drill holes SL26-37 and SL26-39 were mineralized over their entire assayed lengths of more than 400 m, demonstrating continuous rare earth and gallium mineralization. High-grade rare earths : SL26-37 returned 414 m at 0.41% TREO and 35.0 g/t Ga 2 O 3 with 24.3% † of the total rare earths being top four magnet rare earths, including a peak assay of 5.00% TREO and 74.1 g/t Ga 2 O 3 over 0.65 m (301.35-302.0 m), with 1.20 % † for the sum of the top four magnet rare earths, 9,366 g/t Neodymium oxide (Nd 2 O 3 ) and 2,549 g/t Praseodymium oxide (Pr 6 O 11 ).

(CSE: VLTA) (OTCQB: VOLMF) (FSE: D0W) ("Volta" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of a 100% interest in three contiguous unpatented mining claims (Mining Claim Numbers 722235, 722236 and 722237, collectively, the "Acquired Claims") adjoining its Springer Rare Earth Element deposit, near Sturgeon Falls, Ontario.
Opens new ground along strike to the east, and secures direct highway access to one of North America's top 10 rare earth deposits HIGHLIGHTS Clear path to 100% ownership : Volta has agreed to acquire the three contiguous unpatented mining claims, immediately east of the Springer Deposit, tying together every patent and claim that makes up the project into a single, wholly Volta-owned land block. New Exploration Ground : The Acquired Claims are entirely undrilled and unexplored, sitting directly along the eastward extension of REE-Gallium mineralization that remains open beyond Springer's current 176 Mt resource (56.6 Mt Indicated + 119.5 Mt Inferred).
HIGHLIGHTS Gallium mineralization extends significantly beyond the currently defined main rare earth mineralized zones, demonstrating a broader gallium distribution. Gallium mineralization extends vertically 210 m past the outline of the current open pit in both SL26-31 and SL26-33, and SL26-32 ends in mineralization at 426 m and remains open at depth, indicating resource growth potential beyond the current pit-constrained estimate.
