(TSXV: GIII) (OTCQB: ISRJF) (FSE: PN4) ("ReGen III" or the "Company"), a leading clean technology company specializing in the upcycling of used motor oil ("UMO") into high-value Group III base oils, announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,160,000 stock options to an employee, a consultant, and an officer of ReGen III (the "Options"). The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.19 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant and will vest in accordance with terms set by the Company's board of directors.
