Chesapeake Gold Announces Stock Option Grant

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 4, 2026) - Chesapeake Gold Corp. (TSXV: CKG) (OTCQX: CHPGF) ("Chesapeake" or the "Company") announces the grant of stock options under its Stock Option Plan to purchase an aggregate of 227,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of C$2.95 per share for a five-year term expiring July 31, 2031. The stock options were granted to officers of the Company.
