Empire State Realty Trust Announces Dividend for Third Quarter 2026

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) (the “Company”), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.035 per share for the third quarter of 2026, payable to holders of the Company's Class A common stock and Class B common stock and to holders of Empire State Realty OP, L.P.'s (“ESRO”) Series ES, Series 250 and Series 60 operating partnership units (NYSE Arca: ESBA, FISK and OGCP, respectively) and Series PR operating partnership unit.

Empire State Realty: Prime NYC Real Estate At Attractive Discount

I believe shares in Empire State Realty appear attractive at its current 52-week lows and at a forward P/FFO of sub 6x. The multiple is a fraction of its NYC-based peers, SL Green and Vornado, who trade at forwards of 11x and 17x, respectively. I continue to like ESRT's observatory operations despite the significant decline in YOY visitation. I further view the likelihood of an eventual recovery as a catalyst for continued growth.
