Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 31, 2026) - Avanti Gold Corp. (CSE: AGC) (FSE: X370) (OTCQB: AVTGF) ("Avanti" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has increased the size of its previously announced private placement as announced on August 30, 2026, from C$35 million to C$45 million and that the oversubscribed book is now closed. THE OFFERING The Offering is led being led by SCP Resource Finance LP, as sole bookrunner and underwriter on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (the "Underwriters"), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal private placement basis, 90,000,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of C$0.50 per Unit (the "Issue Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of C$45 million.

HIGHLIGHTS C$35 million bought deal private placement of units at C$0.50 per unit, on a fully underwritten basis. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.65 for a term of 36 months from the date of issuance.

HIGHLIGHTS Ongoing 2026 Phase 1 drilling at the Akyanga Deposit continues to intersect multiple zones of gold mineralization within and below the US$1,500/oz pit shell used to constrain the current Mineral Resource Estimate. MSDD0147 returned multiple higher-grade intervals, including: 3.55 m at 7.73 g/t Au from 170.15 m; including 2.10 m at 12.50 g/t Au from 170.60 m; 3.85 m at 12.30 g/t Au from 274.7 m; Including 2.85 at 16.58 g/t Au from 274.70 m; 2.84 m at 6.12 g/t Au from 288.23 m; Including 0.97 m at 15.35 g/t Au from 288.23 m; and 1.10 m at 17.58 g/t Au from 320.70 m.

HIGHLIGHTS Phase I drilling intersects gold mineralization below US$1,500/oz pit shell constraint, confirming the 3.11 Moz Akyanga gold system extends beneath the current Mineral Resource and remains open at depth MSDD0145 returned: 4.30 m at 1.71 g/t Au from 262.40 m; and 6.80 m at 1.59 g/t Au from 276.00 m, including 0.50 m at 12.60 g/t Au from 282.30 m.  MSDD0146 returned: 20.43 m at 0.91 g/t Au from 297.92 m, including 7.00 m at 1.48 g/t Au from 311.35 m; and a separate interval of 2.98 m at 6.20 g/t Au from 325.27 m, including 2.00 m at 9.05 g/t Au from 326.25 m.
