Vitreous Glass Announces Grant of Deferred Share Units

AIRDRIE, ALBERTA: August 17, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vitreous Glass Inc. (TSXV:VCI) (the " Corporation" ) announces that it has granted 533 deferred share units (the " DSUs ") to an independent director. The DSUs were granted as a non-cash settlement of dividends received on previously issued and outstanding DSUs held by the independent director and relating to dividend paid by the corporation on common shares on August 14, 2026. The DSUs were granted under the DSU plan adopted in 2022. The DSUs vest immediately and entitle the holder to receive a cash payment equal to the value of one share of the Company for each DSU held, at the time the holder ceases to be a director of the Company.
