Chicago, Illinois--(Newsfile Corp. - August 27, 2026) - Syntholene Energy Corp. (TSXV: ESAF) (FSE: 3DD0) (OTCQB: SYNTF) ("Syntholene" or the "Company") announced today the successful closing of the final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $2.3 million (the "Offering"). An aggregate of 5,148,543 units of the Company ("Units") were issued at a price of $0.45 per Unit pursuant to the Offering, with each Unit comprised of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one-half of one non-transferable Common Share purchase warrant (each full warrant, a "Warrant").

(TSXV: ESAF) (FSE: 3DD0) (OTCQB: SYNTF) ("Syntholene" or the "Company") announced today, that in order to meet increased investor demand, it has further upsized its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering to $2.3 million (the "Offering"). The Offering now consists of up to 5,111,111 units of the Company ("Units") at a price of $0.45 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $2.3 million.
