I am reaffirming my Strong Buy rating on Modine Manufacturing with a revised price target of $258. Data Centers revenue almost doubled in Q1 2027, and MOD still expects the segment to grow 60% to 80% for the full year. I am lowering my price target to $258, based on a more conservative 25x FWD non-GAAP P/E multiple and est. 2028 EPS of $10.33.

Modine Manufacturing Q1 Earnings Call Highlights

Modine Manufacturing NYSE: MOD reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 sales growth of 28% and adjusted earnings per share growth of 44%, while reiterating its full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA outlook. The company said supply-chain shortages in its Data Center segment constrained production and pressured margins during the quarter, but management expects conditions and profitability to improve sequentially.
