Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - September 1 st , 2026 – Vault Strategic Mining Corp .  (TSXV:KNOX) (OTC:KNXFF) (FSE:M85) ("VAULT" or the "Company") announces that it has amended the terms of its non-brokered private placement previously announced on August 26, 2026. The offering will consist of up to 12,000,000 units, with the subscription price amended to $0.125 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.20 for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

Vancouver, British Columbia -  August 26 th , 2026 – TheNewswire -  Vault Strategic Mining Corp .  (TSXV:KNOX) (OTC:KNXFF) (FSE:M85) ("VAULT" or the "Company")  announces the Company  has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 12,500,000 units at a price of $0.10 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,250,000. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 per share for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
