("Panther Minerals" or the "Company") (CSE:PURR)(OTCQB:GLIOF)(FWB:2BC), a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company, is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated June 16, 2026, it has closed its brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of 6,000,000 units of the Company (the "Units") and 6,000,000 special warrants of the Company (the "Special Warrants") for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,000,000.
