Engie's Infra segment EBIT increased 13% to €2.22 billion, but the improvement was largely supported by the €180 million contribution from UK Power Networks. Weaker gas-generation margins, challenging Energy Management conditions and limited additional cost-saving potential reduce the scope for further earnings upgrades. Higher guidance provides support, but underlying momentum remains mixed. We prefer to mantain a neutral view.
