The decrease reflects $1.5 million of professional services expense related to the pending acquisition by OppFi Inc. Net income during the first six months of 2026 increased $122 thousand, or 3.1%, to $4.1 million, or $1.15 per diluted share, from $3.9 million or $1.11 per diluted share in the 2025 period.
