August 20, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, Canada – Blende Silver Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: BAG) (OTC: BAGGF) (WKN: A2QKT9) (FSE: BCW1) announces a non-brokered private placement of both Flow-Through and Non-Flow-Through units (the “Offering”). The Company may issue up to 6,000,000 Flow-Through units at a price of $0.25 per unit and up to 5,000,000 Non-Flow-Through units at a price of $0.20 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.30 per share for a period of two years from the closing date. All warrants will be Non-Flow-Through securities. The common shares comprising the Flow-Through units will be issued as “flow-through shares” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada). The gross proceeds from the issuance of the Flow-Through units will be used to incur eligible “Canadian exploration expenses” that qualify as “flow-through mining expenditures” as such terms are defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) on the Company's Blende property. The Company intends to renounce such expenses to the subscribers of the Flow-Through units with an effective date of no later than December 31, 2026.
