Exiro Nickel Company to Acquire Thompson Operations from Vale Base Metals

Thompson, Manitoba--(Newsfile Corp. - February 19, 2026) - Exiro Nickel Company Inc. ("Exiro Nickel") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement ("Agreement") to acquire a 100% interest in the Thompson Operations in Manitoba, Canada from Vale Base Metals ("Vale Base Metals"), including the producing Thompson nickel mine, plus exploration assets in the Thompson Nickel Belt. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to certain closing conditions including customary regulatory and government authorizations.
