ST. LOUIS, May 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:POST), a consumer packaged goods holding company, today announced that Robert Vitale, Post's Chairman and CEO, will become Executive Chairman on October 1, 2026, and Nicolas Catoggio, Post's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will transition to President and CEO of Post. During his tenure at Post, Vitale oversaw the expansion of the company into multiple new categories, into international markets and led over 50 unique capital markets and M&A transactions.

ST. LOUIS, March 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POST) (the "Company" or "Post") today announced the pricing of its previously announced senior notes offering of the Company's 6.250% senior notes due 2034 (the "Notes") at 100.75% of the principal amount, plus accrued interest from October 15, 2025, for a yield to worst of 6.109%. In addition, the size of the Notes offering was increased from $500.0 million to $600.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Notes.

(NYSE:POST) (the "Company" or "Post") today announced it intends to commence a private offering to eligible purchasers, subject to market and other conditions, of $500.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Company's 6.250% senior notes due 2034 (the "Notes"). The Notes are being offered as additional notes under an existing indenture pursuant to which the Company previously issued $600.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Company's 6.250% senior notes due 2034 (the "Existing Notes").
