Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 7, 2026) - Pacific Empire Minerals Corp. (TSXV: PEMC) ("Pacific Empire", "PEMC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce an equity grant in accordance with the Company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan.
