One World Lithium Announces Warrant Extension

Vancouver, BC, August 27, 2026 – TheNewswire - One World Lithium Inc. (CSE-OWLI) (the “Company” or “ OWL”) announces effective on August 27, 2026, the Company will amend the terms (the “Warrant Amendment ”) of an aggregate of 2,496,000 outstanding common share purchase warrants (collectively, the “ Warrants ”).   The Warrants were originally issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement that closed on September 14, 2023. They are currently exercisable to acquire common shares of the Company at a price of $0.08 per share until September 14, 2026. Under the proposed Warrant Amendment, the expiry date of the Warrants will be extended by an additional twenty-four (24) months to September 14, 2028 . All other terms and conditions of the Warrants will remain unchanged.
