Orion S.A. Reports Second Quarter Earnings

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orion S.A. (NYSE: OEC), a specialty chemical company, today reported Second Quarter 2026 Net sales of $501 million, a 7% improvement from the prior year, as 9% higher average year-over-year oil prices and 2% favorable foreign currency translation were partly offset by 2% lower pricing, 1% reduced volumes and adverse product mix in the Rubber Carbon Black segment. During the quarter, Orion generated a consolidated Net income of $2 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $58 mill.
