(TSXV: BET) ("NorthStar" or the "Company") today acknowledges receipt of an Order of Monetary Penalty (the Order) from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) in respect of its licensed subsidiary, NorthStar Gaming (Ontario) Inc. NorthStar has agreed to settle the matter for $80,000. The Order relates to a single player account during the period of March 2024 to June 2025.
