Quarterly Dividend Hemisphere is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly base cash dividend of $0.025 per common share in accordance with the Company's dividend policy.
Hemisphere Energy (HMENF) remains a compelling oil microcap with no bank debt and strong Atlee Buffalo cash flow. Dividend safety and upside from special dividends and buybacks are supported by robust free funds flow, but remain commodity dependent.
